How do you recommend I structure my conference schedule?
Start by reviewing the full conference program and identifying your must-attend sessions. Use the star icon to save sessions to your personal agenda. Once logged in, your saved sessions will sync to the mobile app. 

Tip: Don't schedule every minute of your day. Leave time for poster sessions, networking opportunities, the Exhibit Hall, and spontaneous conversations.
Can AI help me build my conference schedule?
Yes! Share the conference program with your preferred AI assistant and ask it to recommend sessions and build a personalized agenda based on your role, interests, and learning goals.

🐠 Closing Event at Georgia Aquarium
Is there a dress code or theme for the Closing Event?
There is no formal dress code. Some attendees come directly from conference sessions in business casual attire, while others choose a more casual or dressier look. Wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Can children attend the Closing Event?
No. The Closing Event is limited to registered attendees who are 18 years of age or older.
Will luggage storage be available at the Georgia Aquarium during the Closing Event?
No formal luggage storage will be available. Attendees are encouraged to bring only small bags and essential items.
📌 Poster Presentations
Are there size requirements for printed posters?
Yes. Posters must fit within a display area measuring 42" W × 42" H. Display boards and thumbtacks will be provided onsite.
How can I find my poster number?
Your poster number is listed in your Poster Presenter Know Before You Go email and can also be found in the conference mobile app.
🚶 Transportation
What transportation options are available between the conference hotels and the convention center?
All official conference hotels are within walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center. Shuttle service will not be provided.
What is the best way to travel from the airport to the conference?
Attendees may use MARTA, rideshare services, taxis, or personal vehicles.
ℹ️ Conference Resources
What meals are included with conference registration?
Registration includes the Welcome Happy Hour, refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall, and access to Lunch & Learn sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. The Closing Event includes appetizers and food stations substantial enough for dinner.
Will Wi‑Fi be available at the convention center?
Yes. The Wi‑Fi network name and password will be printed on the back of your conference badge.
Will coffee be available throughout the conference center?
Yes. In addition to scheduled refreshment breaks, attendees can purchase coffee from onsite vendors.
Is there a map of the convention center and surrounding area available in the mobile app?
Yes. Select the Maps icon on the mobile app home screen to view venue maps and nearby locations.
Will luggage storage be available at the convention center?
Yes. Complimentary luggage check will be available in Registration Hall B of the Georgia World Congress Center from Wednesday through Sunday.
