2026 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received by August 26, 2026 (11:59 PM ET) receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations from August 27 – September 23 (before 5:00 PM ET) receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations after September 23 (5:00 PM ET) are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows and substitutions are not permitted.
  • Requests must be emailed to cff@maritz.com.
  • Refunds will be issued by December 2, 2026.
  • CFF is not responsible for travel or hotel costs if the event is modified or canceled.

Guest Registration

  • Guests must register in person. Cost is $100 and includes the opening reception and closing event.
  • Registration closes October 10 at 2:30 PM. Onsite party registration is not available.

Group Registration

  • Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 10 or more attendees from the same company or institution.
  • For more details on groups, please visit the Group Registration & Housing Page. 

Please note: There is no discount offered for group registrations.
