Registration fees include access to all sessions, social events, exhibit hall, and poster sessions. Some events require a ticket, which can be added during registration.

2026 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received by August 26, 2026 (11:59 PM ET) receive a full refund.
- Cancellations from August 27 – September 23 (before 5:00 PM ET) receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations after September 23 (5:00 PM ET) are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows and substitutions are not permitted.
- Requests must be emailed to cff@maritz.com.
- Refunds will be issued by December 2, 2026.
- CFF is not responsible for travel or hotel costs if the event is modified or canceled.
Guest Registration
- Guests must register in person. Cost is $100 and includes the opening reception and closing event.
- Registration closes October 10 at 2:30 PM. Onsite party registration is not available.
Group Registration
- Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 10 or more attendees from the same company or institution.

Please note: There is no discount offered for group registrations.
