How do I make or change a reservation?
Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through the official housing website or designated housing provider. 

Why should I book my hotel through the NACFC official housing provider?
There are several advantages to booking your NACFC hotel through our official provider, Maritz. Booking with Maritz gives you access to special conference rates* with the top hotels closest to the meeting. Booking through Maritz also ensures that NACFC's business value to a city is recognized, which is critical to negotiations with future cities and cost-containment efforts.
*Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available through the official NACFC site.

Can I book multiple rooms or dates?
NACFC's policy is one reservation per attendee. Group registration and housing requests can be used for NACFC attendees who are reserving 10 or more rooms.

Is there a deadline to book housing?
The final day to make changes on our official website is Thursday, September 17th, 2026.

Beginning Friday, September 18th through Monday, September 21st reservations will be transferred to the hotels. Beginning on Tuesday, September 22nd, you may contact your hotel directly to make changes, etc.

Can I request a specific hotel or room type?
Yes, but requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. During the booking process you will have an area to add in special requests or request specific room types.

Can I earn Reward Points?
Based on individual hotel policy. Make sure to enter your Hotel Rewards Number during the reservation process so that it is sent to the hotel.

Can I share a room with another attendee?
Yes. One attendee should make the reservation and the additional occupant should register on their own. Email CFF@Maritz.com with both Registrant IDs and request that both registrations be connected to the same reservation.

What is Waitlisting or why is my reservation in a Waitlist Status?
This means one or more of your nights are not currently available. Maritz reviews waitlisting reports daily and works to obtain additional hotel rooms at the group rate in an effort to confirm all dates of your stay. This is not a reason to panic. In the unlikely event we're unable to confirm your entire stay, an email notification with additional options will be sent within 2 weeks of booking.

What taxes or fees apply?
Atlanta currently has 8.9 percent (8.9%) sales tax and 8 percent (8%) occupancy tax and a $5 nightly State of GA fee. Your official confirmation will include the estimated total of your reservation.

Is a deposit required?
Maritz will not charge your card for hotel reservations.

When will my credit card be charged?
Policies vary by hotel; most commonly, hotels will pre-authorize your card on the day of arrival and charge the full balance at check-out.

What are incidentals?
The hotel may place a temporary authorization (hold) on your card to cover these potential expenses. This hold is not a charge, and any unused amount is released after checkout (timing depends on your bank).

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation deadlines vary by hotel and must be met to avoid penalties. Please visit the official website to view all hotel options and their individual policies.

What happens if I no show?
Hotels charge a one night room and tax penalty. Ensure that you update your reservation prior to the final deadline (9/17/2026). Beginning on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 you can contact your hotel directly to make changes.

Can I shorten or extend my stay?
Yes, subject to availability and hotel policies.

Which hotel is the NACFC Headquarter hotel?
Signia by Hilton at Georgia World Congress Center is the NACFC Headquarter hotel, and will host additional affiliate meetings and events outside of the official conference program held at Georgia World Congress Center.

Are hotels within walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center?
All NACFC hotels are within walking distance of the conference. Utilize the map feature on the website for walking and driving directions. The Signia and Omni are attached to the Georgia World Congress Center.

Is shuttle service available?
Shuttles are not provided by NACFC.

Is Wi Fi included?
Many conference rates include complimentary Wi Fi; details vary by hotel. Please review the hotel details on our official website.

Are accessible rooms available?
Yes. Attendees will be able to request ADA compliant rooms during booking. Requests will be reviewed and coordinated with the hotel that you book. Should we need to contact you, a Maritz representative will reach out.

Will the housing team contact me directly?
Official housing providers will not solicit bookings by phone or email without prior contact. If you're unsure, please forward the communication to CFF@Maritz.com.

How can I avoid housing scams?
Only book through the official conference housing link listed on the event website.

PLEASE NOTE: Maritz is the ONLY housing provider for NACFC 2026. Fraudulent companies and organizations will try to present themselves as official partners of NACFC and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please do not accept any phone calls, emails or any form of solicitation from such companies or organizations. DO NOT provide your credit card to anyone requesting/demanding full payment for a reservation.
