2025 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations submitted on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 will receive a 100% refund to their original form of payment.
- Cancellations from 12:01 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025 to 4:59 p.m. ET Wednesday, October 8, 2025 will receive a 75% refund to their original payment.
- Cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and substitutions will not be permitted.
- Cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to CFF@maritz.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment by Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
- The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason including, without limitation, concerns for the health and safety of the Cystic Fibrosis community, weather events, or logistical issues. In the event of a cancellation, or conversion of the event to a virtual event, CFF shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants of the event, including, without limitation, hotel and travel costs
Registration for Groups
Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 10 or more attendees from the same company or institution. Please contact Sarah Gilmore at sgilmore@cff.org for further information. PLEASE NOTE: There is no discount offered for group registrations.
Guest Registration
Guests will need to register in-person, at the conference during registration hours. Guest registration is $100 per person and provides access to the opening happy hour on Wednesday evening and the closing reception on Saturday evening. Please note that registration closes on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 2:30p and there will not be an opportunity to register for the closing reception at the door.
