2023 Cancellation Policy
- Registrations are fully refundable until 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
- Cancellations from 12:01 AM ET on Thursday, September 21, 2023 to 4:59 PM ET on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 will receive a 75% refund to their original form of payment.
- Cancellations after 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to CFF@maritz.com. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Any refunds issued will be issued to the original form of payment by December 1, 2023.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and substitutions are not permitted.
- The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason including, without limitation, concerns for the health and safety of the Cystic Fibrosis community, weather events, or logistical issues. In the event of a cancellation or conversion to a virtual event, CFF shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants of the event, including, without limitation, hotel and travel costs.
Registration for Groups
Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 10 or more attendees from the same company or institution. Please contact Sarah Gilmore at sgilmore@cff.org for further information. PLEASE NOTE: There is no discount offered for group registrations.
