Registration fees include access to all sessions, social events, exhibit hall, and poster sessions. Some events require a ticket, which can be added during registration.

  • Early-Bird Registration is June 1, 2022 through July 12, 2022
  • Advanced Registration is from July 13, 2022 through October 19, 2022
  • Last Chance Registration is from October 20, 2022 through the end of the meeting (November 5)

*Students/Fellows/Postdocs (Must be a FULL-TIME student in any discipline; physicians in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year clinical fellowship); scientists in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year post-doctoral traineeships.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

  • Change or modify your registration here.
  • Registrations are fully refundable until 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
  • Cancellations from 12:01 AM ET on Thursday, September 22, 2022 to 4:59 PM ET on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 will receive a 75% refund to their original form of payment.
  • Cancellations after 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Requests must be in writing and emailed to CFF@maritz.com as cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Any refunds issued will be issued to the original form of payment by December 1, 2022.
  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and substitutions are not permitted.
  • The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason including, without limitation, concerns for the health and safety of the Cystic Fibrosis community, weather events, or logistical issues. In the event of a cancellation or conversion of the event to a virtual event, CFF shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants of the event, including, without limitation, hotel and travel costs.

Registration for Groups

Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 10 or more attendees from the same company or institution. Please contact Sarah Gilmore at sgilmore@cff.org for further information.
