Registration fees include access to all sessions, social events, exhibit hall, and poster sessions. Some events require a ticket, which can be added during registration.

2024 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations submitted on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 will receive a 100% refund to their original form of payment.
  • Cancellations from 12:01 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024 to 4:59 p.m. ET Wednesday, September 11, 2024 will receive a 75% refund to their original payment.
  • Cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and substitutions will not be permitted.
  • Cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to cff@maritz.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.  Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment by Friday, November 1, 2024.
  • The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason including, without limitation, concerns for the health and safety of the Cystic Fibrosis community, weather events, or logistical issues. In the event of a cancellation, or conversion of the event to a virtual event, CFF shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants of the event, including, without limitation, hotel and travel costs

Registration for Groups

Group registration will be offered this year for those registering 20 or more attendees from the same company or institution. Please contact Sarah Gilmore at sgilmore@cff.org for further information. PLEASE NOTE: There is no discount offered for group registrations.
