What Does my Fee Include?

In-Person Attendance:

  • Access to all sessions, social events, exhibit hall, and poster sessions. Some events require a ticket, which can be added during registration.

Virtual Attendance:

  • Access to the virtual platform which includes over 70 live stream sessions, additional on demand content, virtual poster hall, virtual exhibit hall and networking. 


  • Registrations can be converted from virtual to in-person or in-person to virtual at any time by contacting NACFC Customer Service at Any increase in registration rate will be charged immediately and any refund due will be issued to the original form of payment by October 31, 2021. PLEASE NOTE: Hotel rooms may not be available after September 8, 2021.

  • Change or modify your registration here

  • Registrations are fully refundable until 5:00 PM ET on Friday, September 24, 2021

  • Cancellations after September 24, 2021 will be subject to a $175 fee that will provide access to the virtual event

  • Requests must be in writing and emailed to as cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
