What is the Program for NACFC?

  • Up to 20 symposia will be presented over the course of the three days, each with a separate hour-long panel discussion/question & answer session with the invited speakers.

  • Workshops will be offered each day, highlighting the top abstracts in each discipline area.

  • A plenary session will be presented on each of the three days.

  • The online platform for the conference will launch a full two weeks before the live program, and all symposia talks will be available on demand to registered participants in advance of their live broadcast.  This will give you the option to watch the talks on your own schedule and join us for the afternoon programming only (panel discussions, abstract talks and plenaries).  If you prefer to watch the talks with other participants, you can join us each day starting at 10 am, when symposia talks will be simulcast.

  • Posters will be presented electronically in a virtual poster hall.  Each poster presenter will be able to include an audio presentation with their poster, and we are exploring ways for you to engage with presenters for feedback and discussion.

  • In addition, you’ll be able to connect with each other and our supporters for networking and meetings and explore the supporter showcase.

Will there be a fee to participate?

There will be a registration fee of $125 per person. The registration fee includes access to live and on demand sessions, including Q&A with invited speakers, as well as hundreds of posters, chat conversations during live sessions, online topical chats, the supporter showcase, and networking with other participants and supporters.

As always, the plenary sessions will also be accessible publicly on Facebook Live. As in years past, an archive of meeting content from NACFC will be available after the conference has ended.

How do I register?

Please visit our registration site to register for the conference. Any questions can be directed to NACFC@cff.org.

Thank you, and we look forward to gathering online in October!
