Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. We will
not sell or rent this information to other organizations. We will provide general contact information in
the form of a participant list to NACFC sponsor organizations and conference attendees only and only for
the express purpose of notification of conference related activities and/or notification of CFF news and
information. If you do not wish to receive information for purposes other than NACFC registration, you
may submit a removal request to us at nacfc@cff.org.
Conference Registration
Use of this web site, requires completion of a registration form, containing name, email address and
their personal information. This information is used to contact users about their registration for the
conference.
Is Credit Card Information Secure?
This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information both online and off-line. Online,
sensitive information, such as credit card number and/or Check number, is encrypted and is protected with
the best encryption software in the industry. Lock icons on browsers are locked while you are on a secure
page. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. CFF does not store any
registrants' credit card numbers. The database is password protected and only CFF employees who
administer the conference have access.

How Do We Use "Cookies"?
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage
of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the
user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site,
the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a
